Wheelhorse uses a LOT of black wires that are NOT ground. 

 

Do you have a schematic diagram for your tractor?

You'll really need to trace down the wires by the diagram.

Have you posted pictures? No.

Have you searched for and downloaded the manual for your tractor, including the schematic? I don't know, as you haven't answered or made it clear.

Yet you expect someone to diagnose and solve your problem.

Folks here are very kind and helpful and willing to share knowledge but they cannot read minds or see your tractor unless you do your part.

Goes between the hood and block to ground the hood.

Great job there--I didn't think you would get such a good tractor from this load you brough home---I could see the deck was dead rot---If that deck is like my deck the center pully is a 2 fur---otherwise it is a stacked pully and when I bought my new pulley 10 or so years ago It cost me about 80 bucks-- Looks like it is doing a great job moving that dirt. -Good luck
