Racinbob 11,095 #1 Posted December 16, 2021 It seems that everybody is quick to complain about poor service, products, etc. I'll do that but I'm also quick to pass on the good stuff too. Living out in the sticks as we do you'd think we'd have kick butt outdoor power equipment. That's true when it comes to the tractors but most everything else is electric. Corded and cordless. We chainsaws, extended reach chainsaws, weed wackers, leaf blowers and more in both versions. We just don't use them enough for me to justify gas versions and the maintenance that comes with them. I finally broke down and bought an 18" gas chainsaw mainly to clear the paths of large trees that seem to only fall where they block things. A couple months ago we saw a Craftsman V20 weed wacker and leafblower combo for a great price. It was pretty much their bottom line but for our purposes we figured to would be handy. The weed wacker is actually pretty nice and handy for some light duty wacking. The blower simply doesn't have enough power to move much more than dust. I set it aside figuring at least we like the weed wacker and forgot about it. Then I got an email asking me to post a review. OK. I wrote an honest review and I concluded by saying I could only give it 2 stars because of the weak blower. A couple days later they responded saying to contact this email to discuss the situation. After several emails with a nice lady I was told they were sending a replacement. Four days later UPS dropped this off. Not only a replacement but three additional units!! I appreciated the customer service but had to laugh at the confusion, disorganization or whatever on their end. As you can see I opened one of them but I'll wait for an answer to my email as to what they want me to do with the three extras. 1 3 2

Racinbob 11,095 #6 Posted December 16, 2021 I haven't heard back from them yet but I'm sure they will want me to ship 3 of them back. I happened to be at Lowes this morning. As always I was milling through the tools. I came across the Craftsman batteries and laughed. A single 2 AH for $69.00. A 2-pack of them was $59.00. A single 4 AH was $99.00, a 2-pack was $79.00.

953 nut 55,324 #15 Posted December 16, 2021 Bob, you must know at least three people who need a last minute Christmas gift, problem solved! Many years ago I placed a small order with Eastwood Auto Restoration Supply and was surprised at the size of the package that was delivered. Opened it to find my order and at least one other person's order. Called to let them know and they just told me to keep it all, guess they didn't want to pay the return shipping. Most of the tools were metric and I didn't have very many so it was a nice early Christmas gift.

First thing is to hear back from them. I don't figure four of these belong to me. Actually I feel kinda bad keeping the 'replacement' because it's only marginally better than the one I actually purchased. If they get back to me and say do whatever I want with them they will be given away but not as gifts. 1

I thought I had a issue with some sabot slug ammunition . They sent me a prepaid box to send in what I had plus 30 boxes of ammunition. At over $4+ per shell I couldn’t believe it . I called them and they said safety was number one but happy costumers not bad mouthing their products was second .
