I searched google images and found maybe 3 different teams with different color WHs. I don't know how many different sellers there are or how many kits are available. Buying a 50 year old model kit can be a dissapointment - the rubber tires and decals could be too far gone and not usable. Case in point - about 10 years ago, my son-in-law and I went to the annual springtime outdoor flea market at Stafford Springs Motor Speedway in CT. One vendor was selling original unbuilt model kits from the 1960's and 1970's. Some had the box covers open to show the contents. Many of them were quite sun faded and you could see that the rubber tires were warped and the decals cracked and faded. I recognized one kit as one I had built as a teenager - the Johan Cadillac Ambulance. He was firm on the price - $125.00 - cash only, no returns. I recall paying about 8 bucks for mine ..... giddyap 1,569 #9 Posted December 3, 2021 The kit was delivered today and the first thing I saw after openning the slightly crunched box are the decals and they are in good condition. I find both bags of parts are factory sealed and the rubber tires lay loose in the box. With no intentions of building the car, 2 missing rubber tires are no concern. In fact they appear to be 26x12-12 relative to the tractor tires in the kit. All I have to do is raise the seat pan 1" so they fit. One other thing I noticed while looking at the parts, the axle is chrome. Something I never thought about and can't find an example on google images, I wonder if anyone ever chromed their axle? 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
giddyap 1,569 #10 Posted December 30, 2021 Speaking from experience, leave the construction of these models to the experts. As I waited for a drop of glue, my tractor was becoming indestructable when I did not realize the glue was streaming out.
