Antique tractor organizations or websites for Maine and New Hampshire?

Recommended Posts

ebinmaine

One of my neighbors has ties to a collector of Massey tractors a few other things. The fellow is getting up in years and wants to start selling off some of the stuff.

The neighbor reached out to me knowing how much we like tractors and that we go to a show or two every year to find out who I thought I might call or contact for help in doing so.

Of course up here we have cl, and FB marketplace. Also a sales magazine called Uncle Henry's.

A big part of their concern is they don't really know what a lot of the stuff is worth.

Thoughts, comments, suggestions?

Probably need to join a Massey site that’s similar to Red Square.
I’m sure there’s a Massey tractor group on Facebook…But the answers you’ll get off Facebook are horrible to sift thru. I’m on a few tractor and/or Wheel Horse groups on Facebook and the conversations can get real ugly real fast! Lots of knowledgeable guys on em but they are outnumbered by the rude condescending know it all’s that’s frequent FB.

For him to try to sell his stuff here, he has to join Red Square...he does not have to be a supporter.  :eusa-think:

I don’t know anything about Massy’s but I do like the looks of the Ponies. If you want to help him I would google Massy forums,  and start there. Take a few pics of his stuff and ask questions. I feel for the old folks who do not have the capability to navigate a new world.
