echris 1,425 #1 Posted November 25, 2021 Happy Thanksgiving all! I was looking up the specs on a 1965 Chevrolet Corvette 396 V-8 Turbo-Jet tonight and the spec sheet I found only listed Brake Horse Power. I wanted the real "to-the-road" numbers so naturally I looked it up. That's when it hit me. All machines are rated in relation to, "THE POWER OF A WHEEL HORSE" Wheel Horse Power. 1 3 1

Let's say for the sake of the argument that the '65 396 produced 350 WHP on the Vette. That's roughly 35 310-8's. I want to make that a thing: Them: "How much power she got?" ME: "About 35 310-8's." See? Edited November 26, 2021 by echris 2 1
