How are those engine in comparison of the K and M-series?

Not nearly as good. I’ve had nothing but issues with my last single command.

I have seen a low our command with a cracked block. wondered if it was an exception or not.

A command single should generally go 2000 to 2500 hours with 75hr changes and a cleanish filter.

Highest hours ive been in was a 16hp vertical single on a Toro 36" pro-line commercial walk behind, 2900 hours and the guy had the breather hose crack mid summer and it ran until it literally had no more compression left after eating a steady dirt diet.  I honed the bore, put rings in it...same piston and rod...quick and dirty overhaul, ran great...was destroyed when his trailer flipped, had 32xx hours.
