C100 Mold board plow help

Recommended Posts

Thebrokenspokepoco

Purchased my first wheel horse today a C100. It seems to be in really good shape for its age. It came with a 36” mower deck, a 42” dozer plow, a dump cart, 36” tiller that are all wheel horse brand and a spreader and 10” mold board plow that is brinly. It has a 8-4222 electric lift on it and my question is how do you attach the mold board plow to the tractor? Everything that I can find seems to say that you need a hitch 8-5511 for the plow but it seems like it mounts where the electric lift is on The tractor. I’m hoping it’s just something simple that a wheel horse green horn is missing.  Any help is appreciated. Thanks

If you tractor has a slot hitch like the one in this picture.

Then you will need an adaptor that will slide into the hitch and provide a sleeve/Brinly hitch. Or you can replace the slot hitch with a sleeve/Brinly hitch. Wheel Horse Parts and More has both options. They also have the lift cables if you are missing yours.

Thanks for the reply’s. After looking at the hitch’s and some photos online I think I’ve got it figured out. I’ll try to get some photos this weekend.
