Lifetime supply!

Well ... Not quite. I hope.

Seriously though, there's 100 of em. I need 34 right away so I figured I might as well get the best quantity deal I could.

It was less expensive per each to buy 4 bags and I knew they wouldn't have a "use by" date.

McMaster Carr's discriptions really help in aiding a purchase.  Notice that you can buy a Stainless Hose Clamp but the only thing Stainless is the Band. Where the 'Saddle and Screw Are Not! Many times in Automotive Situations I've had the Saddle pull away from the band and the worm screw just slip over the top of the Band.Probably just me over tightening and not what it was made of. Just something to think about the next time ya buy Hose clamps. Totally stainless are much more expensive. Will you be using them in a corrosive environment?

No no.

These will be used strictly for holding fuel hoses where they belong on our multiple small engine machines and possibly on my old Ford truck.

I try to remember not to tighten those with a screwdriver because I have a lot better luck with a nut driver.

I also very rarely remember to get the nut driver out.... So they almost always get tightened with a screwdriver anyway.

Before you over muscle these things consider this info..  Interesting the plated screw can be tightened more than the stainless.....
