Mushroom gear question and website question.

Pretty much a new guy here, might be posting my questions in the wrong area.

 

I'm restoring my 1989 312-8 that I bought new years ago.

 

#1 Compatibility of the mushroom gear, will a used one from a 520-H work in my 312-8?

 

#2 On some of the topics here, I can't get past the first page. The proceeding pages never load.

@jeepdan  I don't know.  Best advise is look at the trans breakdown in the IDPL's and check the part numbers.  The 520 would need to be a Sundstrand transaxle to have a chance.  I know nothing about 520's.

  On your topic issue, that is what happens if you do not load a thread from the 1st page.  Load it from the 1st page and you can move to any page and back.

520 Mushroom is #109703       ( made up of 101625 and 101887 (46 tooth)    312-8 is 109703 (made up of 101625 and 101887 46 tooth

Yes, I think that the videos from Steve are going to help many, many people for years and years to come. 

 

When it comes to these Uni's... Steve @stevasaurus is someone that we should all respect very much.
