Joe 77 B100 84 #1 Posted November 6, 2021 Hey folks. Where do I even start? Given a tractor with a blower that hasn't been started in years. Is there a manual I should get? Restoration manual? Starter kits someone's out together? I know I need new front tires for sure. Either lug or rib? If someone has a checklist of sorts I could follow before I turn it over, I would be very appreciative.

Pullstart 62,877 #4 Posted November 6, 2021 Awesome first tractor! As for first things first, check your oil and make sure it’s up on the mark. You’ll change it once you get it running and warmed up. Charge or replace the battery, check to see if it’ll roll over. The fuel system will likely need flushing and the carb will need cleaning and/or rebuilding. Then, put some fuel in a plastic bottle with a hole in the top and try feeding the carb some fuel (just a tiny bit) and see if it’ll chug at all. If not, we’ll have to address cleaning points and troubleshooting the ignition system. THEN… testing the transmission and greasing the tractor
