kpinnc 11,881 #1 Posted February 7, 2008 I found the L-155 manuals at the Yahoo group page, but haven't seen anything on the L-157. I did watch one go on Ebay for quite a bit more than I'd pay for it, though... Are there any major differences in the L155 and L157? I understood them to be pretty close, but just don't know for sure. Thanks! Kevin
CasualObserver 3,408 #2 Posted February 7, 2008 As far as I know...they're exactly the same... just the spec number on the engine changed. If you end up getting a copy of the manual, please share it on the groups!
TT-(Moderator) 1,131 #3 Posted February 7, 2008 Perhaps I could help? I don't have it all scanned yet..... and can't convert to PDF, but I could e-mail it to someone who could. :D
kpinnc 11,881 #4 Posted February 7, 2008 Now why am I not surprised you have one? Never converted anything to PDF before. What do I need to do it with? Kevin

kpinnc 11,881 #12 Posted February 7, 2008 :P Maybe I should rephrase the question: Terry, are there any parts/manuals you DON'T have? That one actually covers TWO of my machines! Thank you again! Kevin

TT-(Moderator) 1,131 #15 Posted February 7, 2008 I did sell off all of the GT-14 / D series manuals I had. I barely have room for the little tractors and will never own any of the "big" ones, so I parted with the ones I knew I wouldn't need. And please -- knock that S%@T off! :D
combatmp29r 27 #16 Posted February 7, 2008 You got CG7/8 and 73 8hp 4speed (vertical type) manuals?
TT-(Moderator) 1,131 #17 Posted February 7, 2008 This is the only one I have for that style, Joel...... There's a few other vertical manuals in the binder, like the fiberglass Lawn Ranger, etc., but not many.
Buzz 502 #18 Posted February 7, 2008 Send it on over, to PDF's are us. Hey Karl, when you get them converted could you send a copy to Jason, Garry, or myself to add to our wheelhorsetractormanuals groups? We sure would appreciate it.
combatmp29r 27 #19 Posted February 7, 2008 Well your doing better than I thought. I've never actually seen that manual or the CG manuals any where. Lots of the V7s and V8s. I have a complete set of original owner and parts manuals for them. I've only seen one of the 69-72 lawn ranger manuals, and it was on fleebay. Went for mor than it was worth and was a copy anyhow not an original.

Buzz 502 #22 Posted February 7, 2008 I've only seen one of the 69-72 lawn ranger manuals, and it was on fleebay. Went for mor than it was worth and was a copy anyhow not an original. I hated seeing people selling copies and listing them as RARE. You have a copier, you have paper and ink. How rare can they be? Thats why we started the wheelhorsetractormaualsgroups. To SHARE not SELL. Thanks to all of you have shared with us.

TT-(Moderator) 1,131 #25 Posted February 7, 2008 That manual is a little "tattered" and "dog-eared", but it's still cool! I can't remember seeing another one like it.
