Old farm house with 57 Chevy parked in the weeds.

 

The small hub caps were missing making it impossible to identify the wooden spoke wheels, perhaps the differential will give us the answer we seek

I thought this was going to be mu lucky day with the discovery of a 289 high performance small block that put out 271 horse power from the factory, instead the car has an inline 223 CID six cylinder.

I think this tree is Ash, from the strange growth might have Birdseye.

The inside of the old house is full of doors, bumpers and fenders from the same vintage.

Long ago I had a girlfriend that would have given me anything I wanted for a 57 Chevy.

 

Charmaine ended up being a Desoto fan, such a large car for a wee bit of a woman, RIP Charlie.
