Anybody got a source for these?

101845 Ball safety switch

Later 105877 replaced by 38-0430

I see them online, just wondering if someone had a trusted source? Prices vary, but $40 seems steep.

My tractors don't have any so I'm half guessing...

You might get good used ones from Lincoln at A to Z Tractor in PA.

@953 nut @Achto You fellas have a good source?

This is used as the clutch safety switch among other things. Sliding the clutch arm against the ball pushes the ball in and creates contact.

There are also other versions that do the reverse of that.

Very similar to a backup light switch for a fuller transmission. If you google that you will find ball switch with various types of electrical connections. The one with 2 small screws may be useful

@kpinnc opportunity while in the wiring  /  relay trouble zone , look over related wiring for chafing or corrosive areas , usually find anything else related to a problem , with a detail search , pete

Rylee’s “Screamin’ Jimmy” the Commando 800 has one of these on the clutch pedal.  It is a perfect interlock to make sure all her safety requirements are in place (butt in seat) before starting.
