JoeM 7,874 #1 Posted October 20, 2021 One of my neighbors joined th Wheel Horse Club last week. He picked up this nice 600 hr., 312H in OH. A little TLC, belt, axle seals, filter and touch up.....came out mighty nice. Says he is doing the muffler next, he is hooked! 8

peter lena 8,634 #3 Posted October 20, 2021 @Joe M yes nice looking rig , just a thorough verification of all functions , and maybe a wd 40 or mmo , rub down would bring out the paint and stop surface rust . found that oil baseline clean up , makes a polish or wax really makes it easy . pete

I first clean compound and access paint before putting any oil or wax on. Be sure you don't want to do paint work before putting tough to paint over stuff on. Maybe because I have been in auto body repair since 1974 and tend to want cosmetics nice and shiny.
