Erby 15 #1 Posted October 19, 2021 I have just been given a b111 six speed chassis it has 4 wheels a hood and dash frame there is also a trans axle no engine the model no is 92-11bf-91 serial no 170364 interested to now what year it is?
Pullstart 62,906 #2 Posted October 19, 2021 the B-111 is more of a lawn tractor than a garden tractor, but it’s got good bones! You’ll want to find a vertical shaft engine, like a Briggs and Stratton or otherwise. @Tractorhead might know of a suitable replacement in Europe, he put a larger engine in a vertical shaft machine in Germany

WheelHorse520H 708 #4 Posted October 19, 2021 @Maxwell-8 before I get lost here since I don’t speak French it looks to me as if you’re asking if @Erby lives in France, correct? B-111 is, like any WH, a solid machine…I kinda want one myself.

WheelHorse520H 708 #6 Posted October 19, 2021 Oohh chain driven. I didn’t know that. I can already see some pros and cons about that.
stevasaurus 22,764 #7 Posted October 19, 2021 It is not a chain drive...belt driven. The BF in the model number stands for "B" Briggs & Stratton...the "F" stands for Foote transmission. They do not make Foote transmissions any more, but I have one in the garage. It does have a bad gear in it, and I was going to take it apart and see what makes it tick. Hopefully yours is OK...I may have parts if you need them.
