Horse Newbie 7,074 #1051 Posted April 1, 2022 (edited) I put some more decals on after I got home… not perfect, but close… ( @kpinnc )… I couldn’t wait on the rear fender decal… I have misplaced the rubber tip that goes on the parking brake lever… The PTO safety/ refrigerator door switch needs to get here from Fleabay so I can, as Elkskins on Taryl Fixes All would say, Fire it up, Fire it up, Fire it up ! Handy Don 12,235 #1054 Posted April 1, 2022 Amazing. It is so nice I'd probably want to wrap it in plastic and never ever use it! 1
Horse Newbie 7,074 #1056 Posted April 1, 2022 Thank you @Handy Don… she is by no means perfect, but awful close to the upper limits of my capabilities. I improved her greatly, and that’s a win to me. 2
Horse Newbie 7,074 #1057 Posted April 1, 2022 That seat pan is off of a 520H… the Work Horse seat pan did not have that body line across the bottom. So the Work Horse decal is taller, thus it was a challenge to get it on without messing up the decal… Terrys/ Vinyl Guys decals are top-notch, and their thickness makes it a challenge to lay them across body lines that sharp.

Horse Newbie 7,074 #1059 Posted April 2, 2022 I picked up a piece of tubing for the battery tray drain, installed new Champion RJ19LM lightning makers, and touched up the back wheels on the Work Horse where they were scratched during the mounting of the Hi-Run 23x10.50-12 Ags. I made my third attempt at installing a throttle lever knob (already broke two)… I wound up glueing it on with blue loctite- maybe it will hold… I believe all I have left to finish is sand some more on the hood, paint the hood and hood bracket, install the new LED 6000 k cool white headlights, wire the headlights, apply decals to the hood, install the PTO safety switch (when it gets here), and order a parking brake lever rubber cover ( I can’t find mine that I misplaced) from Lowell.

Horse Newbie 7,074 #1068 Posted April 2, 2022 (edited) Painted the hinges, shined the hinge pin, and painted the hinge hardware for the Work Horse… Also sanded some more on the hood… it is a booger getting in around the headlight bezels… I’ll settle for a B+ or a C.
