If I can get past the magneto being a pain in my neck I might just get it going. You bet, good luck! I have a single cylinder, Novo powered Atomic Babe model A and like those 2 cylinder Wisconsin engines. If you get tired of it, certainly keep me in mind. Thanks, Rob
Oldskool 6,643 #77 Posted September 27, 2021 Just put the points and condenser in. Looks like I have good blue spark every turn. Tomorrow I'm going to get it timed and move onto the warped Zenith carb.

Oldskool 6,643 #80 Posted September 30, 2021 I've been trying to get it timed. Still no kick from the engine, just alot of hand cranking.
ebinmaine 67,397 #81 Posted September 30, 2021 For the sake of ease while you're trying to spin that beast over can you get a piece of rope strung between that engine and the PTO of another tractor and twist it like a figure 8 so they're both spinning the right way?

Thanks, Rob I saw the other Atomic Babe owned by the guy I believe you got yours from. According to him they didnt have hoods? Anyways the one I saw was all motor, steel and tires. Would be cool to have seen one right off the assembly line. I never realized how many vintage garden tractors were out there.
