Rebel the raider 10 has this style of spindles anyone know about them

Those are the “E” clip style. Not my favorite, prefer the cotter pin type or the 3/8ths threaded type.

Can I fit grease covers over them I was thinking about taking the set off the 800 special and putting them on Rebel are thes anymore heavy duty than the ones on the tractor now

The are just as strong as any other normal WH spindle..stronger than the ones on 300 series for 6" wheels but weaker than the HD 1" spindles on some 520's

Now that the real answers have shown up, I can reply with my smart alek, unhelpful reaction:

 

Question - "This style of spindles, does anybody know about them?"

 

Answer - ummm, they connect the front wheels to the ends of the front axle, allowing the wheels to roll and pivot.

Really no difference is strength, just different style. The grease covers just go over a washer, so you can put grease covers on anything really if you put the washer on it as well. 

 

If taking those apart, E clips have a sharp edge and dull edge, put the sharp edge to the outside when you put it back together.
