Jon925mn 39 #1 Posted September 7, 2021 Picked up a barely used single stage tall chute blower that did not come with a chute rod for the worm gear. Looked around but can't find a used one. Anyone have an extra? What is the total length of the rod supposed to be in case I need to make something. Winter is coming to MN! Problem with lift creep is not knowing whether it's the valve or the cylinder. The control valves on WHs don't have internal check valves so they will frequently allow the the lifted load to creep down over a couple of days. Valve kits are available from wheelhorsepartsandmore on our vendor page. They also recondition certain cylinders (call 'em to for specifics). 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Jon925mn 39 #3 Posted September 7, 2021 It's leaking at the control valve that connects to the rear port on the cylinder. Creep down is minutes so rebuild needed. Is it the hydraulic hose fitting that is leaking where it is attached to the control valve??? May only need a new Oriing. If the creep is through loss of fluid that is much easier to find and fix than fluid bypassing the seals in either the cylinder or the valve. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
