8ntruck 7,183 #2 Posted September 3, 2021 to the forum. I've never seen a grass catcher set up like that for a 48" deck. Seems like it would fill up very, very quickly. Ed Kennell 39,193 #4 Posted September 3, 2021 (edited) I have a side bagger on my 42"SD. A couple bolts and a spacer block. It does fill quickly, but I actually dump it in my cart w/o leaving the seat. Works great. The same arrangement would work on my 48"SD as well. D.College 2 #5 Posted September 3, 2021 Ed - THANKS - Looks like exactly what I had in mind. I was looking at it with the bag off of my Honda 216 - attaches differently, no rod. But now I know what can work and will be looking for one with some type of bar. Looks like your Craftsman fits the bill 100%.
