PTO clutch needs relined

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have a recommendation for relining a Wheel Horse clutch plate? I have a D200 PTO clutch that needs a new lining. The one in the photo is not mine, just used for reference. Mine has several small chunks of friction material missing and some cracks.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I can't. But we do have a member who makes clutch linings.

You might try contacting @rednos

He had quite a few NOS linings. :)

If you have a farm supply store or farm equipment dealer nearby you can use pto slip clutch disc's and adhere to the old metal plate by jb weld. The slip clutch plate diameter I obtained was 7" and I trimmed it down.

Note: the material will move easily when jb weld is not dry, if you look closely  you can see what happens if not careful
