Tensioner on a 36" Rear Discharge mower deck

Long time since have been on.  Have a question, the tensioner bolts on both sides of the tension pulley.  How tight should I get these?

@Gunny just slightly snug with a silicone lube in the track area, like a SUPER LUBE AEROSOL  SPRAY, MADE TO WORK WITH THOSE NYLON SLIDERS. btw how does that  idler pulley , sound and feel ?  they are prone to failure / noise , pete
