I have a issue that when I apply the break/ clutch where there is a laps of time a few seconds before it will stop and stops hard.I have replace the break lining and adjusted the tension but no difference. so I’m guessing it’s something inside the trans ? It goes into gear just fine all three speeds . thanks for any suggestions there is little info on these trans in the mechanics handbook on these. gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,113 #2 Posted August 16, 2021 Models that use a single pedal for clutch and brake require the brake to be adjusted first. Are you sure the belt guard is installed correctly?
