WHX?? 48,815 #1 Posted July 26, 2021 (edited) https://symcoutc.com/ A must attend for us .... good show as always but weather very hot 'sides for some storms that moved thru Sat. AM. But dried out quickly and then muggy. Didn't get many pics of tractors but lots of Mafia shenanigans. Some that be can't shown here but @Achto in a grass skirt on the Rat Rod... priceless. It was a Hawaiian theme this year with the mafias... A ride with poo poos but didn't last long ..just too dang hot! Dan with some Q time with some girls.... Fridays supper with Dan's heart attack loaf... wow..... Dan's anniversary on Saturday but all he got was a crummy shirt! Pullstart 62,878 #2 Posted July 26, 2021 Glad to hear it was a fun time! Those storms that moved across you guys got us in northern MI on the 56th annual canoe trip I have been a part of for just a couple years, then turned into tornadoes across the eastern bit of MI.
Achto 27,575 #3 Posted July 26, 2021 A couple more pics from Sat. night. My brother with his skirt & hat. Cindy getting Jim fitted with his coconuts.
WHX?? 48,815 #4 Posted July 26, 2021 (edited) Did you get a pic of our lineup Dan? One bad thing did happen... we had our display pretty much roped off except for one small area so we could get ride arounds in and out. We thought we had a pretty good setup. Some clown must drove in ther on what we don't know,.... golf cart???and hit Cindy's tractor. Slid it over about a foot and put a crease in one of @Shynon 's choice hub caps. Then the fricken idiot musta hooked a Cub that was parked in our corral and spun it sideways. Still Poed about that.... One of the problems with this show way too many idiots running around on atvs and now even those high powered side by sides. I yell at them and tell them this is a TRACTOR show not a utv or golf cart show. Edited July 26, 2021 by WHX24 1
WHX?? 48,815 #5 Posted July 26, 2021 (edited) Lots of steamers at this show. Case was the feature this year. Dan's makeshift cover for the grill ... he made his pulled pork for the mafia pot luck. Speaking of tubs ...it was so hot out we took to cooling off any way we could! Now you know why these tubs are indispensable at a show! Dan with his two bros and niece. The coconuts started to chafe abit so we transplanted them to Dan...... Edited July 26, 2021 by WHX24 1 2 1

Achto 27,575 #7 Posted July 26, 2021 A few tractor pics that I managed to take. With Case as the feature, there were some really good literature that a person could spend a few hours reading through. This saw mill used two steam engines to run the mill. A line of early Case tractors. Case orchard models. Case 1570 "Spirit of 76" Some stone crushing. Nice restored Allis-Chalmers. A little racing going on here. One vintage combine trying to get the wheat off before the sun goes down. 2 5
stevasaurus 22,739 #8 Posted July 26, 2021 Outstanding pictures you guys. Way too much fun for sure. The pool looked like it was full of Gator-aid.

There was a sign there that said the saw is usually run by a 327 Chevy motor or whatever power plant was suitable. The drive shaft made it somewhat flexible as to what can run it.

Our steam show ENCOURAGES golf carts and ATV's all of these people with more money than brains riding jacked up and hot rodded golf carts around. Most of them cant see and their bellies interfere with the steering wheel. That's one reason I have 2 tractors with air horns. 1
