Mark lives right behind the NASCAR New Hampshire Motor Speedway.    Loudon, New Hampshire is some beautiful territory.   A nice stream  runs Mark’s place too.  Reminds me a lot of Michigan but New Hampshire has a lot of stone walls on the end of each field.

I have been to the speedway up there a couple of times and it is a real nice drive. Every time I go up there I think, “wow it’s really nice up here” it is a great place.

So Lane, it looks like you have no problem making a 2000 mile, 29 hr round trip to pickup some tractors and parts?

I have been in northern New Jersey from July 4th thru July15th. In Boston since July16.   Saw Mark Godzik’s 701 posts several days ago (Monday) when I finally looked up location of zLoudon, New Hampshire on the map.  Only one hour north from Boston !

So I got to drive Ruth’s new Hybrid Venza for its first Wheel Horse parts rendezvous!

40  mpg or about four gallons to and fro Loudon up I-93 and SR 106.

How could I pass these up!

And I have to pick up some 1961 Jacobsen wheel weights on the way back to Indiana  in in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania!

Wait until August when I come back to the Pennsylvania Poconos for a wheel !  I will have my pickup truck!

Clueless is enticing me to buy Wheel Horse items in Pace, Florida!

I did drive to Toronto, Canada several years ago from Indiana for a 1054 package!  About 1400 mile trip.

And I learned in 2019 taking a lawn sweeper to Mobile, Alabama that Florida is almost wider than it is long!

Florida
Dimensions
• Length 447 mi (721 km)
• Width

361 mi (582 km)

Hello from another Wheel Horse fan in Pace, Fl.   I'm an old follower of this forum, but I just created an account.   I bought a 1987 312-8 from the Hendrix boneyard back in 2004 after hurricane Ivan and restored it.     Needed something for storm cleanup work.   Still using it to this day!   Between my neighbor and I, we now have 3 restored Wheel Horses.

Thanks Don.  I don't want to hijack this thread so I'll do a formal intro in the proper thread eventually, with some pics of the tractors, restorations and mods.

Don, PM me, got some tractors and implements that I'm looking to sell, just need to down size. Also welcome, this is probably not a hobby you want to get to deep into down here, but what the hell do I know, been doing it for over 34+ years, they are great tractors. Be nice to see what you and the neighbor have.                        Chris.
