RetroMower 349 #1 Posted July 13, 2021 Just scooped up a new toy that I couldn't pass up on. Having it doesn't sway my loyalty to wheelhorses. It's a 64 and from my brief research on these 110 models it seems 99% there and original. Only flaws are a badly bulging rear tire that is otherwise in great shape, a small crack in the fiberglass hood that is easily fixed and the headlights may or may not be original and in the wrong location. It runs like a top, Kohler 8hp so that's not suprising and all the gears work as does the variable speed setup. At $450 I couldn't say no. Originally the guy wanted $650 in marketplace and kindly turned down my $400 offer but the next day said $450 would take it. Deal 8 1
Achto 27,562 #2 Posted July 14, 2021 Very nice score. FYI - Those rear fenders look even better when they are painted red and installed on a 4 3

Zeek 2,286 #4 Posted July 14, 2021 (edited) Looks like a nice score! I hate Facebook and would ditch it, but unfortunately everything I have bought or sold in the past year has been through that. I always dual post on Craigslist, but that doesn't do so well anymore. I think people a tired of the lack of control on it and the dealers ruining it with flood posts. Anyway, nice tractor, hubcaps and all! Edited July 14, 2021 by Zeek

Thanks I cant wait to dig into it this fall when it's not 900° outside. I agree with you on how awful Facebook marketplace is but it's the best of the worst unfortunately. Craigslist is ruined with dealers to the point its unusable and offerup is a great place to find unresponsive sellers.
