ClassicTractorProfessor 5,314 #9 Posted July 5, 2021 Yep…that’s why I bought this set a few weeks ago…I use them more than any of my higher end sockets, that way if they wander off I’m not as upset about it

I've gotten a few good tools over the years from techs leaving them in trucks frame/other areas. A Leatherman multitool. A neat flashlight. 1

While out riding my bicycle I've picked up a lot of useful stuff--a Leatherman and a brand new Yankees hat (a real hit for a Yankee-fanatic friend!) come to mind. And LOTS of work gloves--usually a pair separated by 50 feet or so along the road.

Best score was a nearly complete (missing the 10mm of course) SK socket set over the course of a mile or so. Rubber bungees anyone? LOTS of those! My absolute triumph was 10 $20 bills spread over several hundred feet. I felt bad about that and kept them stashed after letting the local constabulary know about them. Not a peep, so after a couple of months, I made them part of a donation to a good cause.
