ebinmaine 67,309 #1 Posted July 1, 2021 Here's a few pics from Trina from this last weekend. Hiking trip up Tumbledown Mountain in Weld Maine. Just a couple to call out ahead of time. First is the track we took. Second is me standing beside a boulder. Note that you can't see the top or the right hand side. That's probably a third of this giant mass of rock in the picture. 6 4 4

Milkweed, Monarch B'flies love it! Didja smell the flowers? They are a beauteous aroma. Some nights around here (lots of Milkweed in the back field) in the evening one might think there's a $50 French ______ around with a bit too much perfume on. Pooped Pup! Bet you weren't far behind! "Can we go home now?"

ClassicTractorProfessor 5,314 #6 Posted July 1, 2021 Beautiful pics Eric, thanks for sharing. I really enjoy looking at the scenery from where other members are from, sort of a welcome break from miles and miles of flat pasture and wheat fields I see every day

In all honesty the Flat is flabbergasting beyond description to me and Trina. We've been to North Dakota. Seen it. Very interesting but we couldn't live right without the Mountains. Stop by sometime and we'll show em to you....
Skwerl58 702 #8 Posted July 2, 2021 Thanks for the pictures. I live in SW Virginia, foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. I love the scenery and all things about the mountains. I have traveled some but like you, something about the mountains. Take care.
