Bill Winn 156 #1 Posted June 30, 2021 Hi again, I am looking to put 3 rib tires on the front of my C175. The size that are on it are 16x6.50-8. Everything I am seeing online cost almost as much as my Taco's new Hankooks did. Anyone know where to get a pair that won't put me in the poor house? ebinmaine 67,605 #2 Posted June 30, 2021 If you want to go narrower they can be had for less... But you'll likely have to swap rims. I'm on the hunt for new front tires my own C160 so I'll tag along to see the other answers.
Achto 27,602 #3 Posted June 30, 2021 Not cheap but they are bout the only game on the block in the size that you are looking for. https://www.millertire.com/16x6-50-8-firestone-3-rib-front-tractor-tire-4-ply/ Might try Ebay or Amazon as well. 1

Yes, I've seen the firestone tires. They're priced quite high. Maybe they are Fire"stoned"
Jrain 276 #5 Posted June 30, 2021 I just bought a pair 16x6.50 x 8 /4 rib tires for my C120 , I sourced 2 places , my go to is Nebraska Tire have bought tires for my Backhoe in the past for very good price even with delivery , they have them at $29.00 each plus delivery , and then found another site Lawngardentire.com $59.00 for 2 with free delivery , I looked at the tires from your e-bay link , they look the same and also same ply rating , also say they are made in Vietnam , Neither Nebraska Tire or Lawnandgardentire.com say where the tires are Manufactured , but my money is on Vietnam.
Mike in NC 341 #6 Posted July 1, 2021 (edited) I bought a pair of 16X6.50-8 Ag lug tires from lawngardentire.com for my Bronco 14. They were shipped fast and seem to be a real decent tire. Did you look at the V-61 tires? I like the look of them better than the wide tri rib tires. Edited July 1, 2021 by Mike in NC

I'm glad I got mine when I did. No, they're not cheap, but you're getting a miniature version of an actual tractor tire that should last into forever. v Edited July 1, 2021 by Inspectorjoe Originally inserted comment into quoted post. 2
AHS 1,440 #10 Posted July 1, 2021 Carlisle tire. I’ve used them on the rear of my tractor. They are a great tire and made in the USA. @Inspectorjoe is that an IH tractor?
