Ed Kennell 38,227 #2 Posted June 26, 2021 to the Bones. The 208-3 is a vertical engine three speed lawn mower. It is not a garden tractor and should only be used for mowing. Should you buy a non running lawn mower? If the price is very cheap and you have the capabilities and desire to make the necessary repairs and are willing to gamble the purchase price. You should be able to find a manual for that horse, and also what implements might attach to it. If you are looking for just a riding lawn mower, this might be worth a look.
