Matt Lemanski 20 #1 Posted June 21, 2021 Hello all. I have the chance to buy this wheel horse 5000 watt generator that’s “supposed” to make power for 100 bucks in central MI. The mounting frame has clearly been modified so that would need to be rebuilt but other than that it looks good. I don’t know what these go for and I’m just wondering if it’s worth it. oliver2-44 9,708 #7 Posted June 22, 2021 An easy way to test it is to clip a voltmeter to the leads and take use a portable hand or bench grinder with a wire brush to spin it.
