Ed Kennell 38,113 #1 Posted June 15, 2021 Hey Jeff @ACman, any interest in this. The tin looks good and I believe it's all there. Probably does not run. I could buy it at the auction tomorrow. What price would you put on it?
ACman 7,618 #2 Posted June 15, 2021 I’m not up on pricing AC garden tractors but around here everyone wants $500 for any old lawn/garden tractor . Maybe @perry could give you some better information.

RJ Hamner 1,007 #7 Posted July 2, 2021 Ed Got a chance to tinker with “Alice”. Gas tank was bone dry. The battery had about an inch of white “hair” on the top and the gas gauge is busted (dang). Your comment about maybe a stuck valve got me to thinking (dangerous) so I thought I would spray some magic elixir in her. Went to take out the spark plug. I thought King Kong had tightened it. Was a real bear to got off. It looks like someone cross threaded it BUT it was clean and the ceramic was white!! Gave her a bath and and she’s a little lighter and minus a rats nest. Looks like it’s going to be my winter project if I can finish the 876 and rebuild the 12hp for my Raider. Hope you caught a boat load of fish in DE!

It leaked gas and shot flames out what was left of the exhaust. He called it "Alice"

SC/397 33 #10 Posted July 20, 2021 I just brought one of these home myself so I figured I would add it to this post. This one was free for the taking! So far I have spent $102.00 for 2 new front tires, tubes and tubes for the rear tires. I just ordered all new front wheel bearings that cost $61.00. And this just so I can roll it off of the trailer....... IMG_4909 by Rick Jones, on Flickr IMG_4908 by Rick Jones, on Flickr
