seuadr 488 #1 Posted June 13, 2021 Nearly finished cleaning out the building on our new property. This will be my shop once the new house is finished. 970 sq feet, 5 rooms and 2 breezeways. It is surrounded by shrubs Front breezeway. Looking north Looking south. It started life as a garage but was converted to a house sometime in the late 60s. Going to install a door large enough for tractors and cars on the south wall - probably a roll up. 6

roadapples 6,983 #7 Posted June 14, 2021 I wouldn't get much work done there. I'd be too busy looking for snakes...
Handy Don 12,163 #8 Posted June 14, 2021 (edited) After years helping friends and relatives on house and home projects, I've instituted a new rule: I will advise and guide on demolition, but I do not provide labor anymore. Just looking at that task in your pictures makes my back ache! It will make a terrific shop, though! Good luck Edited June 14, 2021 by Handy Don

Plenty for the Horses to roam and munch as needed? 10.5 acres. we actually bought it in 2015 with the intent to build, but, my parents lost their house and ended up moving in with us and that absorbed the money we'd set aside to build, so, we are just now getting there financially.
