Alex175 784 #5 Posted June 10, 2021 If you can't find the original brand I suggest something along the lines of Wheel-Colt, Wheel-Scoot, Wheel-Pony, etc.
Jeff-C175 7,199 #6 Posted June 10, 2021 (edited) Maybe a "SuperJet" ? https://www.sportscards.com/item/rare-scooter-antique-20s-30s-depression-era-kids-metal-scooter/332732454020 I don't think it's as old as they say in this ad though. I would say more like 50s - 60s. I had one just like it when I was a wee tyke. Edited June 10, 2021 by Jeff-C175
ebinmaine 67,309 #7 Posted June 10, 2021 @Stepney Spenser have you any thoughts on what this might be?
D_Mac 8,593 #8 Posted June 10, 2021 That is a very nice sidewalk cruiser you have there. I have a few of my own. Getting this one ready to take to a car show to see if I can sell it. The engine is a cooler, holds a 12 pack of your favorite canned beverage. Lift the valve covers to access them. Kids have out grown it I used to pull them around in it at local car shows. If I sold it it would make room for another Wheel Horse ! 1 3

If I do a resto, it'll be $3 for the 1/2 used can of Regal Red left over from the C 85 project... Cut off three 0's from the price, and no California taxes!!! 8ntruck 6,991 #11 Posted June 10, 2021 I had one just like that waaay back when I was a kid - early '60s. Was a hand me down from my sisters. That dates it to the mid 50's.
