The Tuul Crib 7,336 #1 Posted June 4, 2021 I am working on this deck and needing some idea of what I might need for bearings and pulleys. It is a 42 inch deck possibly somewhere around mid 80s not sure. When I got it it had no labels or stickers on it.

OoPEZoO 513 #6 Posted June 5, 2021 Question about those front rollers. The one farthest from the chute specifically. Was that originally welded on and you cut it off, or was it bolted on? Reason I ask, is I'm working on an old school '72ish 48" deck that has an original welded on center roller, a bolted on chute side roller, but nothing on the opposite side. Looking at the original owners manuals, thats the way it was made. The previous owner rigged up a "good enough" solution with some sort of old pulley wheel, but I had planned to rehab the deck and weld a proper roller on that side as well. That is.......unless a bolt on solution exists for that far side pulley. I'd much rather drill 2 holes that custom make and weld a bracket.

I decided to put bolts back in for the reason of replacement.
OoPEZoO 513 #8 Posted June 5, 2021 Awesome, thanks. Looks like I'll be fabricating or begging someone to cut one out of an old crapped out deck. Appreciate the info
squonk 41,040 #9 Posted June 5, 2021 These are the bearings I have. .075" ID 1.50" O.D X .5"width
The Tuul Crib 7,336 #10 Posted June 5, 2021 The bearings are easy! I pulled out some grease Seals and I cannot seem to find any replacement part numbers. I believe the deck is an 05-42MS05. What l have found was p# for o ring seals. The seals were not 3/4 lD but larger.
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,033 #11 Posted June 5, 2021 The 6203-12 2RS bearings are all 40mm OD and 12mm wide. The -12 is 12/16"=3/4" ID The normal 6203 has a 17mm ID and there is also a 5/8" ID usually identified by a -10. Garry
