Double -Pulley 79-7310

Hello,

on the Grass Bagger 79301 there is a required double pulley consisting of two equally sized sheaves installed chute side to rotate the impeller. I was given what looks to be a spindle pulley with a smaller diameter top pulley. This smaller pulley make the rotation too fast on the impeller? Enough to clog the tube?

A smaller pulley on the driving spindle would make the impeller run slower.

would you know if the pulley 79-7310 is this pulley for the 42" DECK. So I need 79-7130 instead.

Will guess that is the 79-7310 pulley for the 42" deck.

The 48" deck uses pulley 79-7130 and has two different OD's evident in the parts illustration.

48" decks turn slower so the larger diameter drive pulley on top would bring the blower speed back up.

Both pulleys came with the bagger kit from Toro.

Ok, thanks, I have manuals but this is the first that I've seen actually depicting the 48" pulley 79-7130 with the smaller pulley downward? That would increase the speed on the impeller but slow the deck a bit. I think mine was installed little pulley on top. I wonder if that could cause a bit of a flow problem? 3-3/4 top pulley is mentioned. Man, this has been a lot of work gathering all the parts and getting this unit to function. Well, it looks as if the pulley is upside down in the manual, but then it states 3-3/4 goes on top, that would leave the 4-1/2 on the bottom which would match the single pulley in size. That is how mine is set up so maybe I need to lift the deck a bit to get better air flow?
