I’ve been getting Jackie all fixed up for plow day.  Today’s the day to see if things will work like they did in the 40’s!

Good advice about completely sealed bearings.
They be sold also here with a so called „ lifetime greasing“

Now ya know what they‘re meaning with „ Lifetime“.....

The dust of grease inside should reduce the lifetime to be as short as possible.
Newerdays it is called „ planned obsolescence“

Uncle Jim’s food plot is deceiving.  It’ll chew you up and spit you out if you’re not careful!

I built a new lever before the trip.  Well worth the efforts!

A little maintenance was needed.  Next thing you know, it barely looks the same!

Another great video, thanks for sharing.           :text-thankyouyellow:

Kevin,  safety first please!  need to tie off the dangling hoodie laces while working on rotating equipment.  As you always say, "what could possibly go wrong"

Using a file as a clamping spacer was the key to success.            :ychain:        Great eyeballing on the set-up.

I easily could have tucked those in, huh?  I held them back when I was thinking about them, but eliminating the possibility would have been better.  :handgestures-thumbupright:
