Kate 5 #1 Posted May 24, 2021 How do I raise the deck on my mower? There is a long lever with a knob on the left side. This loweres the deck all the way down. This mows the grass way too short. There is a dial on the bottom left by the hours gauge. It can be turned right or left to go up and down (arrows) show. Does this have anything to do with it? Thank you in advance. With deck lifted pull that lever out and move it to the rearmost hole. Edited May 24, 2021 by pfrederi

Kate 5 #6 Posted May 24, 2021 Now I see why this was never changed. I found the black handled piece in the corner of the shed. There is a bolt holding the height at one level. My gosh I have a mess. Guess I will mow and then rake. Thank you so much pfrederi. That made complete sense once I figured it out. I appreciate the help!
