cleat 5,915 #1 Posted May 22, 2021 (edited) I made up this adapter to offset the hitch ball so I can more easily see the side of my trailer as I back it into the storage building. Made parking the trailer up tight to one side very easy. Edited May 22, 2021 by cleat 10
OutdoorEnvy 1,522 #2 Posted May 22, 2021 Looks pretty slick to me! Nicely done!
8ntruck 6,998 #3 Posted May 23, 2021 Looks like a good idea. Probably will work better on small/light trailers than on ones with a substantial toung weight. Lots of lever arm between the offset hitch and the receiver on the tractor.
cleat 5,915 #4 Posted May 23, 2021 Yes, I will only use it with the trailer empty just to park it.
roadapples 6,983 #5 Posted May 23, 2021 Nice work, but I like mine on the front. My old neck don't work like it used to. 3
cleat 5,915 #6 Posted May 23, 2021 This adapter will work in my front hitch as well but I have not tried it there yet.
