6wheeler 603 #1 Posted May 22, 2021 (edited) Washing antifreeze off. Fan straightened. Grill and headlight panel straightened. Still a bit of final straightening on the hood. And? A bit of tweaking on the dash panel. Waiting on the radiator. It should be here Tuesday. Also? The headlights and grill support rods should be here by next Saturday. All in all? It is going to come up to about $500.00 in damage. Quick question? I am going to repaint the grill and headlight panel. Should I go gloss black? Or flat black. Voice your opinions. Maybe the hood too. To cover where the paint peeled off from the damage.Of course, that total doesn't count my time. But? She will be up and running soon. Next time? It will be shut off and in gear. Wait! There better not be a next time..time.. Edited May 22, 2021 by 6wheeler

Thor27 769 #3 Posted May 22, 2021 I'd split the difference and go satin.
R Scheer 502 #4 Posted May 22, 2021 Flat black is my vote, satin a close second. Gloss looks great when everything is perfect, but shows every scrach and ding.
