Surely it has to be worth $300. I can't figure out what that gizmo mounted on the hood is, and of course I have never seen one of these, but I suspect it has the wrong fender pan on it as well. I'm not sure where I am going to put it though, somethings gotta go. Either that or cut a garage door in to my sons old bedroom. 1 4
ebinmaine 67,498 #5 Posted May 9, 2021 Parts value should easily get back your $300. The way I figure, that's a good buy. The rear fender looks gravely-ish. The hood thing.... Joust mount?? Maybe when you get some closer pics it's time for a whatizzitt.
SylvanLakeWH 25,558 #6 Posted May 9, 2021 Nice find! I’m guessing it’s a gunsight…
Gregor 4,846 #7 Posted May 9, 2021 The part numbers for the fender on this 175, and my 125, are the same. I'm sure Lincoln has one more.
EricF 589 #8 Posted May 9, 2021 I could be wrong, but that may be a Briggs twin. That decal in the screen looks like the "Briggs & Stratton Magnetron Ignition" logo.

Tractordata doesn't say anything about a Briggs being used, but it could very well have been swapped out. Don't know if that helps or not. pfrederi 17,739 #10 Posted May 9, 2021 It is not a KT-17. Probably had a series one KT17 that ventilated its block. Very possibly a Briggs muffler looks interesting...
BESTDOGEVER 218 #11 Posted May 9, 2021 Looks like a 18 horse Briggs. Those were mostly bullet proof. Performance wise like the same size Kohler magnum.
squonk 41,118 #12 Posted May 9, 2021 Yup that looks like the Magnetron decal, And a Briggsy muffler. Fender is the Indy 500 version.

The fridge. I'm sure your better half could see the time saving value there... 1 2

Jeff-C175 7,202 #17 Posted May 12, 2021 Definitely a Briggs. Location of regulator, round tube to air cleaner. And that fuel line... that will never get damaged hanging out there like that. What a great Idea to put it there, eh?
