Ya know, you ought to have that appraised. I bet it dates to the Civil War, perhaps earlier, look how many stars are on the flag! Don't be surprised if the bow is worth more than the instrument. I once picked one up at a garage sale for 20 bucks. The fiddle was 5h1t but I sold the bow at a CHEAP price for $400 ! not kidding. Can you see a label through the F holes?
