Dressed for Summer!

WD-40 and a scotch-brite should do the trick.

Look cleaner that 75% of mine.  :P  Little dirt and oil don't hurt the wheels... may retard rust.

It has been so far.  I got this thing last fall and have only snowblowed with it...it did great.  I restored the 48 inch deck and cant wait to start mowing!

Here's my recent rim cleanup.  The one on the left might have 38 years of exhaust fumes collected on it.  It cleaned up to the middle photo, and has a lot less rust than the wheel off the right side. 

 

I used Dawn detergent and a scrubby sponge.  I do like that aged color from under all that gunk...
