Depending on gear ratio it would be anywhere from 2.75 or so to 4 to turns blade to each tire rotation. "Accident waiting to happen" Built right and using prudence with speed... that's actually pretty difficult. Centrifugal force WOULD have you absolutely cemented in the seat.
