peter lena 8,716 #3 Posted November 18, 2022 @Crazyredhorse / @mike avad would also take advantage of the opportunity to service related idler pulleys and linkage areas , would re grease those pulleys , lubricate all those dry movement spots , penetrating lubricant , also red spray grease . every related movement point has to be free and easily moving . ironically those pictures are you problem and answer , belt tension point is probably your belt access removal / install point . never done one , but easy total view access is your best set up . make it better as you go . pete 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I'm havin a heck of a time trying to figure out how to get tension off this belt to get it on or off. Where do you stick a wrench exactly or where do you pry to get the tensioner to move so you can get the belt on? It's been driving me nuts! Thanks! Edit: Hold the phone I may have found it! Looks like I was mistaken about which pulley was the tension. Found this exert from the transmission manual. Does this look correct?
