Anyone know what year this was made and what is the engine and drive train?

I'm going to guess '74 or newer. According to Toro's history brochure they rebranded the Work Master from another source from '61 to '73.

Found other info that lists them as having 14hp Kohler power.

Thanks Jeff, Would  it have the standard Wheel Horse belt driven Sundstand  with extended axles?      It does have rear suspension.    I should have taken a closer look today.  I'll check it out tomorrow.

@Ed Kennell mine was a 73,  it had a 14hp kohler k321. They hydrostat is nothing like a WH used. It uses a driveshaft off of the pto side of the crank to a hydraulic pump mounted to rear differential like on a small truck like a ranger or s10. Hydraulic brakes, the boxes dont dump. Although they are rated to carry 1000lbs in the bed! Uses 2 leaf springs in the rear. Very fun to drive, speeds similar to a golf cart. sold mine because it was large and i didnt have the space. That one looks to be in nice shape.

Well, the Workmaster didn't come home with me today.   Someone had deeper pockets.

So,   what did you buy?   We know you didn't come home empty handed from an auction, that would be unlike you.
