12" JD rim and WH rim...Same bolt pattern???

Will the JD rim after being painted Almond....Bolt to a Wheel Horse?   23 x 9.50 x 12

The setback may be different. You need to measure both manufacturer's setback and compare.

Most garden tractors use the same bolt pattern which is 5 lug by 4.5 in. 

 

However, Horses have a shallow backspacing and a lot of other brand rims don't bolt directly on because of contact issues from the inner Tire to areas on the Tractor such as brakes or linkages.

As long as you do not use chains or fat tires you can "Usually" (depends on the WH you are working on) get by with 2-3/8 backset JD used.

Actually now that I think about it you could also put spacers in there if those Wheels were some kind of awesome or a smoking deal like free. I keep a list of all the things you need to change over to spacers.

Great....He wants 5 dollars for both, and they are rust free. I am looking to put them on my new to me 416-8 Single thumper

had bolens rims with ag's 23*10.5 they didn't fit, they where rubbing on the fueltank holder on my 312

But a smaller tire and it would have worked

I have a set on a c-160 with 23 10.5 firestone ags. the set I have has 3 inches of back space. they imho fit perfect, but won't fit a newer tractor with the tank under the seat
