Has anyone replace the manual PTO on a D200 with an Electric PTO?  If so, have you any advice or parts list?

Onan powered D-160 used an electric PTO   Why do you want to replace your manual PTO.  Electric PTOs engage rather harshly putting stress on various things.

@dropdown34   agree with @pfrederi  on the violent  / harsh / squealing start , have recovered  a number of manual  pto drive set ups , typically a rusty / neglected  mechanical set up . lucas red grease , added washers , penetrating oil , check and verify your  progress as you go , had nagging problem spots that work with total ease now. w/h problems are rarely a one and done fix , there is typically a  drag / bind areas that barely move . this also relates to dry , noisy bearings . only suggestions , good luck with it , pete

Oh yeah... that is a fact.

I have 2 machines with electric PTO's... I will never 'willingly' convert a machine to electric. VERY hard on engine components... high stress.

Most people don't know/understand that the more load you apply to an engine, the harder the bottom end is working. That's how things wear and break.

I'm not saying that electric PTO's hurt engines... I'm just saying that if you have an older engine and you can keep the manual PTO under any circumstance... do so.

My question is...  where do you source the clutch material to replace on the manual PTO clutch?
