Stubby 19 #1 Posted April 25, 2021 This is my unknown Tecumseh motor (runs), wiring schematic issue, fun project. I am thinking of taking the hydraulic off of this machine and putting them on my 877. These machines are close to identical. When it is running, the hydraulic litg does not work. It seems like only one of the movements (up or down) has a little force. The end of the valve seems to be missing pressure relief valve or something. With that in mind it could work once that is in place. Other than that I may have to rebuild it. Sunstrand? pfrederi 17,866 #2 Posted April 25, 2021 Does not appear you are missing anything in the end of the valve. All you should see is the end of the valve shaft and a tiny snap ring. Does the valve leak?
pfrederi 17,866 #3 Posted April 25, 2021 Does the hydro dive work??? Is yourTow valve closed???
Stubby 19 #4 Posted April 25, 2021 (edited) No it does not leak and it appears that there is 10-30 or so in it. Yes the hydro drive works other than neutral adjustment issue which I will deal with after electrical issues resolved. Yes the tow valve was closed when I tried it. It is like there is no resistance on one side of the level when I try it. Edited April 25, 2021 by Stubby
pfrederi 17,866 #5 Posted April 25, 2021 There are two cupped seals on the valve shaft. That could be a problem but then it usually leaks .. Also could be your implement relief valve spring is broken/damaged or the valve isn't seating. You could run a pressure test on the hydro pump shown in here
