If you have the model number of the deck, you can find the manual for it in the manuals section of the forum.  Most manuals have an exploded drawing and parts list.

Generally, you can press the old bearings out and replace them.  Hammer and punch will usually work.  You will want to make sure the shaft is not worn.  If there are seals there, replace them too.

Don't forget the grease when you are putting it back together.

Good luck and have fun.

That looks like the 103119 bearing that is no longer available from Toro but Stens and other suppliers still have it.

These old decks need to be inspected pretty often - after all they are getting OLD! That bearing should be a common one, when you knock one out wipe the plastic cover and there should be a # there, then just go to the bay and put that # in search.

While you have the deck out and can see all the components, look for cracks in the frame especially around the hangers, and just all over, the decks are VERY prone to cracking around these stress points. If you can weld, all the better, but if not it would be VERY wise to get someone to do it for you. Once a crack starts it seems to be fed vitamins and grows very fast and can seriously (totally?) damage the deck!!

Which is generally preferred to be "Lucas Red N Tacky".  Wipe out all the old grease, pack new bearings before installing.

This video shows how to 'pack' a bearing with grease.  It shows tapered wheel bearings but the concept is the same for any bearing.  You want to force the grease into the bearing before installing.

That is a on-piece replacement part / bearing and is OEM # 103119.  You'll find them on Ebay at around $30 each....or less in sets of 2 or 3.  NOTE... be sure you install a new one correctly...there is a top and bottom and has to be done right.
